2. Booking & Enquiry
   • Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
   • Booking confirmation will be shared via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
   • Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, route, and fuel rates.
3. Payments
   • Advance payment (if required) will be communicated during booking confirmation.
   • Remaining payment must be completed before or during the journey as agreed.
   • Any additional charges (toll, parking, permits, state taxes) are payable by the customer unless specified.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.
   • No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
   • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Vehicle Usage Rules
   • Vehicles must be used only for the agreed purpose and route.
   • Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.
   • Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
6. Driver & Safety
   • Drivers are professionally trained and licensed.
   • Driver working hours are governed by safety regulations.
   • Any misbehavior with drivers will result in immediate service termination without refund.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
   • Traffic congestion
   • Weather conditions
   • Roadblocks, strikes, or natural calamities
   • Mechanical issues beyond control
8. Liability
   • Preeti Bus is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
   • Customers are advised to take care of their valuables.
   • Our liability is limited to the service charges paid.
